SEA OF THE BLUES
SEA OF THE BLUES
BY MIRA WILDER
People are always passing
you joints
it's hard to refuse them
Lovers are always making you hurt
you still excuse them
for so many years
drowning in your tears...
on a sea of the blues
You're so into yourself
on a sea of the blues
you can't find your anchor
all your ports are abused
fighting old storms
hanging on to the rails
you know
it comes down to you
if you sink or you sail
Believe in yourself
Believe in yourself
Believe in yourself
You're the only light in the harbor
when there's no one to hold you...
on a sea of blues
I can still hear you whispering
my name
in the dark
I can still feel you
deep inside of me baby...
there's a fine line...
between love and hate
when it comes back around
will you give what you take?
Believe in yourself
believe in yourself
cuz your the only light in the harbor
when there's no one to hold you
on a sea of blues...
