The Seams
Everything you've ever seen
Shall one day fall apart at the seams
Your friendship
Your marriage
But don't feel embarrassed
It's natural
It's normal
So don't be so formal
Accept the destruction
That is this production
We all call life
Embrace the space that you occupy
Because one day it will petrify
And live each day
As if it's your last
Because life goes by
So very fast
Remember to breathe in
Breathe out
And have no doubt
That you will stumble
And everything crumbles
It's the cycle of life
It's beautiful
Not pitiful
Find comfort in the fact
That nothing lasts
And every second that's passed
Is now in the past
Enjoy this moment
And the next
Because one day
There won't be any left
