Isaiah 40:28

28 Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The Lord is an Eternal God, the Creator of the whole earth.
He does not get tired or weary; there is no limit to His wisdom.

Search

In the tumult of confusion and the splattering of the good

deep in a well-hidden place calmness is the way

To make things work together for the good of the believer

and prepare him for a face to face with the Prince of Eternal day

Blessed the assurance ... blessed the gift of faith

Unsearchable the treasure ... that always possesses me

Is it not a wonder ... that I am still breathing

while the Maker of it all ... is now “full” part of me?

Thoughts are reaching deeply ... just below the surface

The most intelligent searching ... never gets below the skin

In all that is known of this amazing creation

will never get past itself to understand the cherubim

Time to search the moment ... time and space in one

Gathering together ... in a simple thought

Is this called existence or just a fleeting effort

that does not mean too much in the Eternal sought?
