Where are these emotions that come before sleep

Why can't I open up to you when you're in front of my face

Why let them out once you've walked away

Ask myself why do you give up so quick

Fight with myself til a part of me quits

Looking for a pill that copes with the pain

Swallow em down as I get lost with Cobain

Trying to understand where I went wrong

Sat back and took a hit from the bong 

Wipep up the tears as I swallowed my problems
