Searching for Peace

Whenever I'm upset there's this constant noise in my head

These voices I hear inside of me

Memories constantly rummaging through my mind

They keep me up at night

Sometimes they haunt me like a nightmare

Some fill me with eternal happiness

I wish all the noise would come to an end

I wish I could finally feel at peace

Peace with my existence

Every man I've ever loved hurt me

Leaving some of these men took courage

While other I was grateful I had gotten out alive

Help me!

I wan to begin making the right decisions

I realize I mde so many bad decisions

We all make mistakes

But sometimes they scramble through our thoughts

Why?

Does it ever end?

Do wse ever make pece with outselves for the wrong decisions?
