The Seasons for Which We Fall
The season changes
And the leaves turn gold
You can now see how
They’ve become so bold
We are all growing older
And hopefully much wiser
This is the season
When it turns from hot to cold
This is the season of fall
Or so we are told
Things in our lives are changing
With the cool breezes that fall is bringing
We start school and continue building our future
The past will finally have some closure
We see our future and how it looks so bright
Now we make decisions to make it right
We wonder where we’ll be
When we finally enter winter
We hope and pray
For our relationship to be a winner
I hope we never fall apart
Especially since you have my heart
The season are changing
We continue engaging
In everlasting love
It’s like a beautiful white dove
This season will end
And come back again
But my love for you is still the same
And will continue to remain
