Second Chances

None of these days are lost, i'm a man curing the permafrost, I was stuck in the clouds so i was lost, Give the feelings a try You might have the time of your life I push the barriers as far as i can go My brain is fast but my heart is slow, My eyes spur the simple words of a gentleman, I work to be in the shoes to ones who have been I seek my own dawn at the end of the day, in my mind i'm the lone cast away Honey i'm a silver man who lost his gold My heart gets thrown in the cold You see ponderment i see a lost opportunity, I seek to reclaim my dignity, Don't push too fast i won't catch up My feelings are in a tangled guitar Some too short some too far My emotions are the strings so take them and pull them out I'm a man who needs recovery, So represent my reincarnation, I'm a misguided instigation Give me a shot i'm a broken target.
