A Second Please

Oh school,

how I despise the thought of you.

Go back to summer please,

so that my eyes may be spared that intense gravity

of the mass amount of work you give me.

Stressed.

All I feel during your hours.

Surcumbing to your pressure

I spend my time doing.

Relax they say

but I can feel myself losing.

Rewind please.

School go back,

let me rest

let me catch my breath.

Hesistant,

am I.

To continue to college.

More stress?

More work?

Allow me to take a second

to think.
