Got a list some time ago,

that brings words to remembrance

But words are words and seldom deeds

and to most in life a hindrance

The tongue explains what the mind perceives

and adds its own interpretation

It destroys the heart and tramples good

only silenced by total frustration

Be in everything ensured to know

that it is done to please the Father

Be not like hypocrites … who show

their sacrifices to one another

Let all things that are done in light

and be prepared in secret and solace

Let the results of what is done show

to be enough to show its values
