Secret
I sit,
Peace
I let my mind travel
Soak my hands in heated sand
In search of a secret
I gag out the truth and hold it,
Alive in my hands
Squealing and breathing
I silence it
I proudly ate it, slimy, ugly and all
Sitting calmly, my face straight
I feel the turmoil inside me stir
Excuse me
Please leave me
I sit
Tears beautifully fallen
Shame envelopes me
Hands tightly held and my lips now surely forever sealed
I sit,
And pray for peace
