Secretly human

Pretend you've got it all in control Say you don't feel it Not even a bit They don't even know But I'm secretly human I'm OK I'm fine I insist Don't care about the knives Shoved into my spine But I'm though as a rock All machinery Who gives a damn to humanity? But they'll never know For I'm secretly human I feel the pain When I'm alone because they all left in vain I feel it all Because I'm secretly human
