It was the best house one could ever have
I had to keep it a secret
I coud't tell my friends
They would just use me
No
They were never going to find out about the swimming pool
The plane
Or the spaceship
And especially not the elevator
As I got older the house grew less and less interesting
It didn't bother me I took no notice
The secrets eventually faded into a bathtub, tire swing, tree house, and closet
My childhood was complete
Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever relive those or similar memories
I miss having, and long to keep those secrets again

I had such a big imagination as a child. Sadly, pretending does not satisfy.
