Secrets of the Soul

We all have something to hide, the skeleton in our closet bidding their time until we fall weak in a sudden. We all smile and hope that no one can see, but our hearts thump louder and the sweats grows bigger, as the skeletons bang on the door. The smile begins to fall as a crack appears on the door, will somebody notice? We try to plaster the crack, and the banging stops. We sigh in relief and look around. No one will notice, we are safe and sound... for now
