See the Light

To be stranded on a deserted island,

My sanity hangs on the ends of a thread.

No iphone, no Facebook, no Twitter, til when?

I need my phone in my hand,

If not, then my life will end.

2016 - people can’t see.

They are blinded by ostentatious technologies.

Their heart embraces their needs,

And it swallows the Light,

Which gave them their life.

Social media traps fools like me.

I forget that there are more important things;

People who are right next to me!

My phone is the key to the that door,

Toss it and then, maybe I can see!

See the Light,

Which lies deep within my heart.

The Light I need

Showered me with love and provided me everything.

The Light is the two -

Who I call Mommy and Daddy.

To be stranded on a deserted island,

My hope of surviving will last til the end.

My parents are my strength, my hope, and my friends!

No matter what life throws at me,

See the Light and win the fight!
