The Seedlings among the World

A seed that was sown in the beginning of time,

Has come to pass seedlings in a world full of grime.

A tiny one grows in this day in age,

She is caught up in a shadow of conformity and rage.

The winds try to pull her along all of life's paths,

Though she remains true and without any wrath.

With a mind of her own she basks in the skies,

While reflecting on the future and all of life's goodbyes.

She soon finds her niche, despite all her fears

While she continues to grow her path remains clear.

As her roots start to grip the earth beneath her feet,

Her confidence grows and all seems within reach.

Though the darkness in the skies begins to break free,

She remains steady and firm until the sun starts to beam.

Through her trials and tributes the seed still blooms,

She's guided by the support of those that still presume.

She will continue to grow in a world full of complexities,

The life that she leads will be natural and blessedly.

We are all seedlings scattered among the earth,

Searching for ourselves and all of life's worth.
