seeing and being seen

A smile covers everything,

You look at me(yourself)

and I(you) know your thinking

everything is fine.

But for sure everything is not what it seems

Everyday humans, the greatest magicians

Pulling tricks out hats, mesmerizing

crowds, hiding brokenness in plain sight.

I(You), just for once want to be seen

but all this smoke has blinded you

the surface is all you see.
