Seek and you shall Find by Kyra Johnson
Tired of all these struggles climbing into my mind
Fighting to take up residency so my third eye will be blind
My momma keep hustling for food and shelter like it’s a crime
Children can’t go begging to sleep and eat for a lifetime
Knock and the door will open but opportunity you won’t find
Ask and you shall receive all the leftovers from mankind
What do you deserve? To be born into a rich heritage bloodline?
I just want to go to school, live a good life and then resign
I will not be defeated for my spirit soars across the skyline
I am a child of God so whatever I believe… will be mine
