Seeking For Life's Meaning

The search for life’s meaning is a cub scouring the wilderness for its mother

Taking and following paths of uncertainty

Facing times of dare, danger, and difficulty

Yet, still the cub searches diligently

Nervousness overcomes as every step is being made

On the ground of the unknown

Confused, frustrated; even more than the step before

Feelings of despair

Whimpering; stumbling occasionally

Yet, still the cub searches diligently

With unwavering faith

The cub wanders on with me petrified beside her

Curiously and cautiously, we proceed

Letting natural instincts be our lead

Until the cub finds her mother and I find my life’s meaning

Thoroughly, we search, and search, and search, and search diligently
