Seems

The river’s flow—but to alone,

   A single pedastle.

Carried by the breeze—so soft,

   It hardly breaths.

It lands upon the grass—at dawn,

   And for a while rests.

But dusk brakes free—a bit too soon,

   Never seems it lasts.
