Seize the Dream - Nora
Like smoke solidified, the tangibility of our romance has gradually become palpable.
My breeze runs through your atmosphere, pulled into a current and held by hands intertwined.
Your effect on me, like that only the impossibly perfect presence of a counterpart would have, holds me in suspension while simultaneously draining every second, reducing what I know to be hours to minutes.
Your lips meet mine like interlocking segments of desire, confirming what I know to be true.
Your hands hold mine, a tether that manages to keep you close and control just enough of you to make you mine.
I am yours in that you hold me in a paradoxical constraint that both frees my mind and entangles me in a pleasantly intricate series of emotions.
You illuminate my day, elucidate my every thought, and exponentially improve my state of mind, leaving me lacking only breath and words in your flourishing wasteland of true bliss.
Though the days grow shorter, our emphatic efforts to prolong and sustain this literary romance will have lasting effects, strengthened by your uncanny, thoroughly fantastic, and at times unintentional, influence over me, that drives us further along our journey, and balanced by our reciprocal actions that hold us out of sorrow.
Together we will seize the dream and solidify it, share it, and revel in it.
