self-doubt and the audience within

I can see it now... Walking up to a huge crowd... Speaking this out loud... My voice being allowed. "Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you Self-doubt. This monster is what has held most of us down. It makes fun of people as if we were clowns. It makes people feel as if their dreams were ghost towns. "Who would get behind that, it says with a smile". "Ew look at your profile" "You haven't looked beautiful for awhile" See Self-doubt deceives us by use of guiles. Tricking us into believing we're not worth anything. It tells us we can't learn a damn thing. This monster known as self-doubt keeps dampening and trampling over everyone's dreams. Lowering our self-esteem and taking away the American dream. So, ladies and gentlemen, I'm coming to you today to say, You are more than your insecurities and self-doubt. If I could I would set out and lay waste to self-doubt. Its fangs have bitten off more than its fair share. Nevertheless, There will always be self-doubt. That's one thing man hasn't gone without. But before you turn away in fear, Think of all the men and women who were brave chevaliers. Putting to death their fears. Letting their dreams reach the stratosphere. Don't let self-doubt win. Find it from within to stand up. I have had enough Stand-up!" From there I'd walk away knowing that I started the war on self-doubt within.
