Self-examination

What am I'm doing with my life? God has called me to so many great things, but yet I'm just sitting around. When so many people don't know who Jesus is. I use to be so enthusiastic about God. All I thought about was the lord But as time progress I began to lose that flame For so long I tried to prove I'm not lame But ended up driving the wrong lane. I can think of countless of times where I gotten in trouble from foolish mistakes But thank you Lord for your amazing grace. Lord I wanna to know you more Everyday I need cleaning, I'm so filthy I need to hear you voice to let me know you still with me. My flesh is corrupt with pride, lust and gluttony Help me Lord to restore my inner core. Take away all the distractions From the cellphone to the Internet Because pleasing you is my intent. I wanna be in harmony with you In-sync with your tune I've tried to dance for the world But ended up off beat So help me to avoid the temptations of the crew. I want that Fire I once had before I want that joy I used to get before I left the door I want represent you to the fullest degree I was once blind now I can see.
