Self-Love

I deserve love

I deserve respect 

I deserve positive attention 

I deserve love 

I deserve respect 

I will not allow my old patterns and habits control the life I want to lead now 

I will consciously break the cycle every waking moment

I am strong 

I respect myself enough to say no

It is okay to say no

I love me.
