Self-love

Self-love is beautiful

You wear it like a dress

And it becomes more exquisite

You don’t have to judge you harshly

Or punish self for every mistake made.

Beauty is perpetually imperative to existence

Reminded of certainty and value

Every time you go looking

Not somewhere else

But within you

Sometimes try imagine

there are over 100 plus bones inside you

all packed with marrows

how life teems under your skin

how could you not self-love?

your body is an ecosystem.

Self-love is an ocean

The last thing you should do

Is apologizing

For choosing yourself

Plant your garden

Decorate your soul

Don’t wait for someone

to bring you flowers

Self-love is the chapter

That we all have to write.
