Self Love Set Me Free

Self Love, Set me free, Set me free of the person I used to be

Mental abuse can alter your mind to think the worse of you, but you are POWERFUL, its true

Nobody can be a better you than, you

I found this out the hard way as sad it as it may seem, I used think negative, thoughts about bad things

When my parents divorced and my sister passed, it damaged me

I locked myself inside and hid the key

Depression and Anxiey had taken over me, I was upset and sadned at what my good life came to be

I had to take over the house, pay bills and clean

Until I learned to set myself free

Free, to be the person I was meant to be, I got myself out there and tried a bunch of new things

Met some new people, who taught me how to be a better me

I learned to have fun, and enjoy things

I started taking pictures again, smiling bright as can be, I was feeling like a brand version of a better me
