It caused me to get sick

The thought of losing the one man i thought i loved

I can remember the smell you'd leave on my sheets

and the pain you'd leave in my head

Tasting what was our very last kiss

truly blissful

The snow doesn't remind me of you

but trees do

Changing colors and shape

to form most fitted for the season

What is most fitting for you

The thought of keeping the one man i thought i loved made me sick

Having his smell stain my sheets

and the pain he'd cause my stomach from every lie that dripped

down his tongue

bounced off his teeth

flew from his mouth

and landed right on top of my chest

I was tired

In the moment i had another mans lips against mine

a woman hands gliding through my hair

I thought how lucky am i

Two beautiful people trying to mend a wounded whore
