Self Worth

Who am I to tell myself that I am worthless?

Show me the user’s manual–

Where does it say that being a human comes with self hatred?

I am worthy:

Of whispered words and wedding vows

Of willow trees and ocean waves.

I am worthy of wisdom, wealth and wellbeing.

And love.

Most of all I am worthy of love.
