Self worth

How do I get me to like me?

When everyone makes a plot to agree to stare with that gleam

In there eyes. They’re judging me. Probably, already made up their minds.

Zealous or jealous they’re full of mean-ness

A keen-ness on seeing as to whether I fail tests,

do I? Live up to their expectations

or slip under attention, defy fate’s divination.

Escape and Relief -big exhalation.

glistening, not listening they’re full of joyous, a Freud-esk

Type of vicariousness, wanting any success

as my attire. Dress-up my consciousness—

lose my crown, tear it down

Aspire to greatness of person and stake in

the world around me,

a tragedy because history beats so methodically.

10, 20, 40, 1000 year of looking into the past,

at last we see sameness come to pass.

It is freeing, believing we are all one.

Knowing that in life

in death

we are not done

But that doesn’t quite help with motivation

If only I knew where vigor came from...

That’s how I get self appreciation

1001 days under the sun

As many nights

 to surmount

a worth while sum
