Selfless Love
Because I love you, I will you give you the entirety of my heart.
My eyes will not wander, my hands will stay in yours, my mind will stay on you.
Every morning, I will choose you, not because I have to, but because I want to.
When we argue, I'll concede even if I'm right.
Because I love you, I will never cease flirting with you.
Our nights will be filled with dancing, and kisses in the rain.
You will never go without being cared for, in sickness or in health.
Some days may be spent apart so that our other relationships can flourish.
I will give you everything, my time, my ear, my curiosity, my warmth, and my generosity.
My love for you isn't self seeking.
All I ask in return, is that you love me, too.
