Selfless Mind

Im sorry I keep you up at night Thinking about tomorrow, today, or yesterday For endless hours It's what I do Im sorry I make it difficult For you to make decisions I'm your mind, thank me Life would be to simple Im sorry I replay that bad mistake you made a few days ago As hard as you try to erase it I'll give it right back I am sorry I take your attention Away from class, distracting you from lessons Daydreaming perfect or imperfect scenarios I get bored I am your mind You really control me Without me your life is as dull as a rock Now sit back, and let me soar
