Senior Life

In May I have to graduate from school,

The stress is here to make sure that I pass.

The final days of class are really cruel,

All Seniors walk around the school so crass.

The application window closes fast,

Mail floods my inbox at a constant rate.

Dread turning in my application last,

One choice I make could truly change my fate.

The scholarships take too much work to find,

I can't afford the full price required.

I don't know if the colleges will mind,

The fact that I am an official nerd.

No matter what my college life will bring,

I'm primed by PHS for anything.
