Senior Year

Senior year, what a thrill;

My former other half

Now reminiscent of Cruella Deville.

As I cry I can hear her laugh.

Senior year, what a thrill;

Applications, scholarships, deadlines, piling high,

As I search for a way to foot the bill,

The stress of it all makes me want to cry.

Senior year, what a thrill;

Torn ligaments again, what an ordeal.

Waiting for surgery with time to kill,

Back to sports? Noo time to heal.

Senior year, what a thrill,

Senior year, this is not a drill.
