Senior Year- The Year of Heartbreaks

So there was a guy; met him a little while ago

He seemed sweet n amazing; maybe if he was my Prince Charming

Guess you could say i grew to like him; but didn't know what was going to happen

Nevertheless, he took his time with me; just the way it should be

Knew just how to light up my face; and make butterflies in my stomach go in a craze

My guy was my Prince and nobody had to know; people in our business would just totally
blow

Now there's a bad thing about this whole situation; something i wish was only in my
imagination

My prince was a senior undoubtedly; this made our future a little cloudy

I knew that he would have a lot going on; with colleges coming at him strong

I hid my selfishness because he was almost done with high school; i refused to sit here
and act like a fool

So i tried to pull myself away; but my feelings for him, they wouldn't stray

Graduation was right around the corner; days with him were getting shorter and shorter

But i didn't want to let go; I just couldn't let go

Maybe a year from today; "Me and Him" can still be in play

But i don't know what he feels; am i just laying here thinking this is all real

While he just thinks its all a game; i wish i knew that he felt the same....
