Seniors

(poems go here) Next year my friends will leave me Going off to start their lives Where will I stay? In class at Dundee High School I’m only a junior But they’re a year older I’m going to miss them so. I wish I had started a year sooner. They’re almost gone, They’ve got bigger fish to fry. I’ll still be here, alone Fighting my urge to leave too. I know that I graduate soon, But that doesn’t matter to me. I’ll miss my friends more than they know, I hope they won’t forget me.
