What happens when there's two halves of a whole?

Or when there is a whole being torn in two?

What will it do?

Will it collapse and fail its' host?

Will it ever be whole again?

There is a place I go where everything's perfect,

except nothing is.

No one hears when I cry because I don't let myself make a sound.

Sometimes I open my mouth and only inaudible sobs escape.

I feel as if I'm going up then down and I can't stay still.

Just let me hide under something--please.

When I'm in the middle all I can do is scream!

AHHHHHHHHHHH...

Everything I write down comes from my heart.

The words refuse to go away.

There's a place I go where I can be myself,

except no one else can.

I never say what I mean or mean what I say.

What can I do but cry?

How do I describe the feeling of loss or betrayal?

Will it ever end?

Sick to my stomach,

I write it down to let it out.

But I don't feel any better!

What's hidden underneath?

Something broken.

A girl that simply needs,

to be loved by someone like her
