Senseless Love

This Love I hold is not sensible and
Keeps no compass of time, but what genuine love does ?
My mind returns to you, my heart yearns to be close to you again, sharing laughter and silence, while my mind sets in the reality that what I wish and hope may never occur and what we shared is only locked in the sands of time, a shimmer in space , a moment in history to never be erased.

My feelings persevere against all things, all changes and distance between our souls. Persevere against the walls now surrounding your heart. And against your change of mind and heart, painfully my feelings prevail

Though, i wish, Your change of heart did not reposition mine, the strings that encompass my heart have not altered under the pain, the reality, or the distance apart.

I know in my mind what I feel is true, special and deep but reality slowly sheds light on the fact that though I can't change my heart nor can i change your heart back, but life continues to go on and soon it will fill my heart with peace and reveal the love that was suppose to be...

The power of unanswered prayers is what I pray for.. a peace of a yearning heart that cries out into the ever changing darkness
