Senses' Mastery

I opened a flower's bud today, it told me elongated curses
I rippled the still water today, I was told of full-moon peace
I heard the beggar loudly today, begging for serenity
I walked home the warriors today, tired from their minds
I hooked a lotus, fair, didn't hear a whisper escape
I caught the emptiness today, the void within and
I learned the ways this day, I learned to fool the angels
