Serpentine 2013

People say last year was difficult

But that wasn't really true

It had it's hardships

But 2013 is a monster

It's benevolent, good has secreted from it's scaly skin

But it's been difficult to endure the polyps it gave out

The good trumps the bad, and that's how it has to be

But 2013 already has proved it's wrath

But maybe that's just me
