Set me free

Let me be Set me free, dont bind me to your woeful glee. Quit playing games so you can keep me tame and then present your fame to your domain. I have nothing to give For you to live And no, you're not welcome in my crib I've swallowed my tears, I've overcome my fears but you still insist on cutting me to shears Nothing I asked of you, except one thing Let me treat you like my king. Goodbye to a decade without sincere laughter What I wouldn't give for a happily ever after. you cared not for, if I was dead on the floor. rejoice! Rejoice! from your core A true smile yet to receive, a true kiss yet to plant, a true love yet to be felt, a true nights embrace yet to encounter What I ask for is nothing more How much should I implore? set me free Please let me be To what end do I have to plea?
