I don't want a surface level faith.
I don't want to just know about you...I want to really KNOW you!
So deeply rooted in your Word. I want to know you so intimately until your truth is written across my heart.
I want to walk so closely with you, that people look at me and ask: "Why are you different? How can you have so much joy?"
And I can say, "because it's the Spirit of God in me! It's because of him that I can be set apart, that I can be wholly and fully devoted to Christ alone!!!
I don't want to blend in and be conformed to the pattern of this world, and normalizing sin, and indulging in sexual immorality, and what the world offers, and chasing after what fades, but I want to be burning bright for you and you only!!
God, I want my life to become a living invitation.
I want others to see the fire inside of me and say ~ "I want what she has. I want to know more about whatever she has."
I can always say ~ "It's always and forever will be Jesus!"
I don't want to go through life going through the motions.
Lord, I want to serve you until my time comes to an end so much so that when I see you face to face I will hear him say, "Well done, good and faithful servant.
I want to run right into eternity and only a heart that burned only for you until my last breath.
I never want to hear, "depart from me, I never knew you."
I want to know you right here. right now. in the quiet and in the storm. in every moment. in every second. in my everyday.
Set my heart on fire, God, set my heart ablaze!!!
Take away the fear, the comfort of going through the motions, and the pride.
God, let your Spirit consume me until there is no sight of any lukewarm living left.
Lord, let my peace make them wonder.
Let my faith make them hunger.
Lord, let my life give glory to you alone and only you!!!
Lord, set my heart ablaze with a holy fire that never ceases to praise you!!
I don't want to just talk about your love, but I want to be living proof of it!
I want to live so fully devoted to Christ that all would see you through me and may give glory to God in heaven!!!

Just tryna' write poetry that always glorifies God and who He is, what he has done for me, and what He can and will do for you! If God can transform my life, I know without a doubt he can transform yours too! You are NEVER too far gone, or broken for God! Come to Jesus just as you are and give your life to him and watch the change happen when you turn to Jesus and live for Him!! Being a Christian is never easy, just as life isn't easy, but our only hope is in Jesus Christ the one and only!!
