Setbacks

Setback hold me back from where I'm going and who I'm trying to be Its like these setbacks have a hold on me and its impossible to get relief These setbacks have a tight grip and they're constantly making me slip I'm running this race called life while these setbacks keep catching up with me All I want to do is shine, but these setbacks keep covering my light I don't know if I can escape these setbacks because they always seem to find their way back in These setbacks are steering me towards the road of hopelessness I'm trying to reach my dream just understand that these setbacks are chipping away at my spirit I'm pushing, striving and giving it my all, but sometimes I wonder if my all is enough Whats next if these setbacks win? I just hope this isn't the end of me and my dreams I guess thats between my setbacks and me
