seven days spectrum

Sunday morning

Cold coffee on the table

chapped lips

covered by crimson red tint.

walk outside

like nothing happened last night.

Monday noon

sitting on the bench

having a marmalade.

play cool

shades on

to cover my swollen eyes.

Tuesday sunset

amber dress

yellow heels

yellow bag

down the street

head turner as they call me

but inside I know

from these pale skin I hide

faded memory.

Wednesday afternoon

tired as well.

hot as hell

Staring at the horizon

and see nothing but your eyes.

as bright as emerald.

I haven't notice that even my shadow left me

like you did.

Thursday's shade

sky change hue

barefooted on the sand

leaves dancing on the waves

the sky is redder that ever

but I am feeling blue

Friday night

from here I see

City lights sparkling

the taste of the whiskey

lingers on my tongue

and all I wanna do

is blend in these indigo walls.

Saturday's dawning

lamp post flickers on the street

I am still awake.

escaping this ashed pain and inside's bruised

by being numb

by being dumb

by turning into lilac's bush.

From seven days,

I live as paint

as colorful as spectrum

until you came as paint stipper

stealing my existence

and left me there unnoticed

dry, lifeless and forgotten.
