Seven Years
Seven years ago
is when I first got depressed
Seven years ago
is when momma up and left
Seven years later
I'm a walking denial
peers hold my trial
as suicidal
Seven years later
momma's been back
for six years now
Seven years later
it's my seventh year crying
everday
Seven years
you have no idea how strong I've got
and I 'ought
to be thankful for these seven years
they taught me how life really works
