Shades Of People
“Shades Of People”
The price of beauty,
to dictate who’s pretty,
is difficult to define,
every single time,
you may overlook what’s on the inside,
what is covered by the makeup on the outside,
it just comes natural,
once you release it all,
it’s wonderful,
to see shades of people
From bleaching your skin,
to being thin,
Remember what comes from within,
it’s not about money,
or marrying society’s ideal honey,
but promoting prosperity,
overcoming adversity,
but being happy,
that’s what’s wonderful,
about different shades of people
Anyone else out there feeling empty,
you can relate to me,
spending your days wondering why,
because as Nelson, I,
never view myself as handsome,
but wholesome,
the way I carry myself,
like no one else,
it wonderful,
to see shades of people
