Shadow
Everything is blue it seems ever ending like the sea.
A world so calm and cold that barely anyone can notice me.
I place where I can be myself and splash around and act crazy a world like no other.
I notice that everything is black and white it’s sad to say that it is where I came from
the me full of life and color born in a black and white place.
I won't go back I stand to say this is where I belong and if you won't come I will make you.
Pulling each person out of what we called home I notice that it was only a dream.
A dream that will never come true
I live each day with every step I take leaving behind a shade of black behind me to follow.
How will I change this place like my dream?
To find out that there is no way of getting rid of the this dark shade
it is a part of me .
No matter how I change myself it will be my long lost twin
for it is not my nightmare nor the boogieman but my shadow that haunts me so.
