Shadow
I am seventeen
The youngest out of my siblings
Life’s Great
Constantly walking in my sister's shadow
Wondering when I can come out of the dark
Life’s Great
Too young to do something
Too old to do something
Parents not understanding what I say
Always thinks i'm talking back
Life’s great
People call my sister beautiful
Then turn to me and say “Hello, sorry didn't see you there”
I feel like a ghost no one knowing i'm there
Constantly walking in my sister's shadow
Wondering when I can come out of the dark
Grasping, Pushing, Grabbing, Pulling
To find my way out
Nothing works
Life’s great
