Shadow Alley

It’s 11:59pm, and I am alone not to be disturbed, like someone would ever consider talking to me, that’s absurd. Tonight I was a thief in the nite bearing the weight of a knight in shining armor staring myself down in a mirror figuring out who’s scarier. I trucked dressed up in sterling silver I wasn’t really worth much, nothing says gold like a woman’s caressing touch. I should love my own echo, the sound of someone leaving is a stunning sensation why try at all when they never want something long term from the get go? Any entering get put on a time limit mental punches to the chest evilly laughing walking once they’re finished. I’m weirdly gifted, confoundedly conflicted, I am a convict to this music judged off a overruled verdict denied the right to have no new friends still I continue soul searching. An outcast, whole body mummified bandaged up in a cast thrown in a casket. Those yogi bears scrapped everything out of the picnic basket. A sad soggy sorrowful song nobody repeats, false twitter notification for a follow made me rethink some peoples’ personas just reek. Its my shadow and I, sidekicks daily reading me like a book while others are flailing n failing. Ally by day, into the twilight he’s the enemy bearing bold blows from dastardly ding-a-lings pawning me off to buy better things. Understand I perceived your motives, each ounce of effort devoted will be demoted strengthening the gates sealed shut because haters wanna force them open!
