Shadows
Hidden participation
Beneath the surface of discomfort
Built on distraught
The mindless wonders
That backtrack and anticipate
Our every move
Quick to come
Ever more so like participation
Drizzling without hindsight
Of time and its' countermove
Fears and love all built in
Out of sheer willfulness
Whether grace or clemency collide
Reflections that still pen marks
Hiding on the whole
Minus the half
Yet they are there
Pinned as scars
