Some challenges take steps to win
But your fear can make it hard to begin
Such as speaking out
You think the worst
Mental blocks
But throwing it to the side 
Would help your pride
To make things better not worst
Grade hangs by a thread 
With a presentation to save
You feel sick but want to be brave
The hour before
You begin to doubt 
You wish that it will all work out
Until I came to my senses and shook it off
Threw the doubts behind me and thought 
Dont suffer from your mistakes 
 Bounce back from it
Got on the stage and performed 
Did successful 
That experience made change
I learned that day
Even when you cant fight that fear
Shaking and Throwing 
Will keep you moving and going
