Shaking Hand and Scared Heart
Darkness creeps up my back -
Sweat beads down my forehead -
My hand shake and my legs quiver -
My lungs can't keep air and I feel like I'm suffocating -
My panic attack is setting in -
And theres nothing I can do -
Everyone is watching me -
Watching me break at the seams -
Everyone is laughing at me -
I wish I could be normal -
Everyone is laughing about how I'm so mental -
My head is spinning -
No one will accept my anxiety -
Why did I come here? -
They're all looking at me -
Oh no please don't touch me -
No one will ever accept me -
I need to get out of here -
But where will I go -
Everyone is laughing at me -
My brain can't think straight -
Will they ever accept me? -
